I`tikaaf:

`Aa’ishah (radiyallaahu `anhaa) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu `alaihi wa sallam) used to perform I`tikaaf in the last ten nights (of Ramadaan). So I used to set up a tent for him and he would pray Fajr and enter it…”

Reported by Al-Bukhaaree (2033) in his Saheeh.

`Aa’ishah (radiyallaahu `anhaa) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu `alaihi wa sallam) used to lean his head to me when he was (making I`tikaaf) in the mosque and I would comb it [and in a narration: “wash it”] and he would not enter the house except for needs, when he was making I`tikaaf.”

Reported by Al-Bukhaaree (2029) and Muslim (297) in their Saheehs.
